The Riff Raff Podcast #59 - Tyler Wetherall

Rosy and I bloody love a memoir, and Tyler Wetherall's No Way Home is one you really have to ask for as a stocking filler this Christmas. It's got it all - international drug smuggling, the FBI, complicated relationships...and shit loads of crumpets.

We chat to Tyler about truth in memoir and appreciating that everyone's version of the same truth can be wildly different. We discuss the burning urgency writers feel to write books and allowing yourself time and space to grow up as a writer.

Tyler's book took a decade to write and went through numerous iterations on its route to publication. We hear all about that journey, and delve into the conscious and unconscious decisions we make every day as writers.

It was such a pleasure to speak to Tyler. This story has to be read to be believed!
